Leigh Roper & Nicholas Giambattisto are a passionate culinary duo with deep experience in some of Montréal’s most acclaimed kitchens. They began their careers together in leadership roles within the Joe Beef family.
NICK
Nick led the kitchen at Un Po Di Più, bringing a fresh take on the Italian aperitivo. He then served as executive chef at Cathcart, and most recently was chef at Romies, where he refined his craft of creating irresistibly delicious dishes.
LEIGH
Leigh went on to become chef at Foxy, where she specialized in wood-fired cooking. She has also worked as a recipe developer at Goodfood and as pastry chef at Romies, where she perfected her creative, indulgent style.
Together, Leigh and Nick combine hard-won technique, creativity and a deep understanding of ingredients to deliver cuisine that is refined, accessible and resolutely Montréal.
